Follow these checks before escalating to support.

No battery detected

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled, permissions are granted, and you are near a compatible battery module.

Scan starts but no results appear

Toggle Bluetooth off and on, restart the app, then retry scanning.

Connection instability

Reduce distance to battery unit and avoid strong wireless interference nearby.

Permission denied

Open Android app settings and allow required Nearby Devices and Location permissions.
